J-1 Visas: Holders of J-1 visas are foreign nationals pursuing degrees of higher education, medical interns, researchers and other individuals involved in programs of cultural exchange, and whose studies are funded by an entity other than the visa holder.
J-2 Visas: Holders of J-2 visas are the spouses and children under the age of 21 years old, of valid J-1 visa holders.
B-1 Visas: Holders of B-1 visas are foreign nationals who are in the U.S. to conduct strictly business matters.
B-2 Visas: Holders of B-1 visas are foreign nationals who are in the U.S. as tourists.
F-1 Visas: Holders of F-1 visas are foreign nationals who are in the U.S. as students, and who are paying their own tuition.
